We are starting small as we ease back in after a long hibernation, but we will be offering more dates for a broader range of classes in the coming weeks and months.
If you have a booking in a workshop that was postponed and you don't see the class up yet, it is still being scheduled. We will email you with new dates once they are locked in. We love delivering our classes and feel strongly that we are sharing vital knowledge about food and sustainable living and will continue to do so in to the future.
Our popular workshops are hands-on and fun! All of our teachers are passionate and devoted to their craft. You will leave our classes with the confidence, skills and inspiration to start your food craft adventures. There will be tastings along the way and you take home what you make.
We run a series of workshops, community talks, pop ups and events and private workshops. All are suitable for both new and experienced domestic cooks. Each class has an emphasis on local, seasonal produce and aims to teach traditional techniques for modern kitchens.
Our workshops are taught at the Picklery in Marrickville or in a pop-up location. Please check the workshop page for the location of your class.
