Let’s have lunch together, Italian style. We’ll pour wine and set the table with food that is fresh and uncomplicated. Angela Palermo has devised a four course menu to celebrate the warmer weather and teach you how to cook and eat with Italian gusto.
To begin you will make a light ricotta gnocchi with broad bean and pea sugo that you will eat in class. Then be seated and served as Angela teaches you how make a classic pea and parsley cold soup, a traditional wild greens salad and a tart blood orange and fennel salad. And finally, for dessert, a crostata of spring fruits. With recipes and Angela’s generous teaching style you will be inspired to bring friends and family together and recreate Italian hospitality at your own table.
