In this ‘from scratch’ pie workshop pastry chef Kirrily La Rosa will guide you through making a sweet and a savoury pie.
You will be taught all the finer details of pastry making, from lining a pie dish to making a beautifully decorated and properly sealed pie top. In class you will make and eat a surprisingly easy and absolutely delicious beef filled pithivier and make to take home a fruit pie for the family.
With an emphasis on pastry skills and pie construction you go home with the confidence to make the kind of pies you might become famous for.
