Pickling Intensive


with Alex Elliott-Howery (co-owner of Cornersmith) 

This three-hour hands-on pickling intensive is for those looking to become pickling aficionado. 

Alex will share her in-depth knowledge of vinegar-based pickling and show you just how creative you can get. After this class you’ll be confident to pickle anything!

We’ll be making a Japanese-style pickled ginger for stir fries and dipping sauces; charred pickled cauliflower for salads and antipasto; sweet pickled pears for cheese plates; old fashioned pickled onions and naturally coloured pickled turnips.
