Kids Pavlova and Curd: the Whole egg!

This class is for 8 - 14 years old.

It’s summer and time to make Pav! If there is only one dessert a young cook has up their sleeve it should be this Aussie icon. In this fun holiday workshop your kids will learn to whip billowing clouds of merging for a pavlova that is crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. In true Cornersmith style there won’t be a yolk left behind as we also will make a luscious curd.

Kids will make and take home a pavlova and jar of curd and eat pavlova in class with a glass of fancy cordial.
