Old Fashioned Drinks: Bitter Tonic, Shrub and Syrup

Old fashioned bitters, shrubs and syrups are making a comeback for those who enjoy grown up libations. Make and take home a bitters for a proper gin and tonic, a seasonal shrub and herbaceous syrup. With a dash of food history and a big dose of flavour this class will inspire and inform both cocktail or mocktail mixologists.
