We are very excited to have Chris and Meagan come to Cornersmith to teach a miso making masterclass and serve a miso based lunch. The class will begin with an introduction to the rich history of miso and the special contribution of Australian miso to the tradition. Each student will make and take home a 500g jar of Sweet White Miso. Then you will learn how versatile miso can be in your everyday cooking from savoury to sweet we will prepare a miso based lunch together with recipes to take home and plenty of inspiration.
