From animal to vegetable, Mathew Evans is teaching Australians how the food we eat gets to our plates. We couldn’t be more excited about the launch of his new book On Eating Meat. This is a timely look at the way we produce and consume animals, the industry’s environmental and economic impact and the ethical considerations. Mathew will be in conversation with Cornersmith owner and sustainability advocate Alex Elliott-Howrey to discuss On Eating Animals, the food choices we can make and what they mean.
