Learn to turn beetroot and mango skins into vibrant coloured sugar dusts, and how to experiment with flavour combinations to make jam and curd fillings with a Cornersmith twist. Take home a batch to cook at home and cook a batch to eat in class.
**in this workshop you will take home an uncooked product to cook at home with a recipe and all your class instructions. Bring a Tupperware container or old ice cream container to take your dough home.
