With the carols playing and a glass of mulled wine in hand you can have all your Christmas gifting sorted in this fun hands-on workshop. Together we are going to teach you how to scale up preserving production so you will make and take home 4 jars of classic Cornersmith bread and butter pickles, 4 jars of Summer chutney and four jars of seasoning salt. There will be plenty of festive cheer and you will leave with a Santa’s sack full of preserves to give to your favourite food lovers.
