The season wouldn’t be the same without fruit mince tarts so we will teach you how to make the best you have ever eaten from the short crust pastry to a decadent fruit mince filling. You will also make a brioche plait decorated and flavoured with fruit and spice that is perfect for Christmas breakfast. Make and take home both of these delicious treats, plus Kirrily will show you how to make one of Cornersmith's signature celebration cakes.
