Some like it hot! But our chilli season is short, so we have a special preserving class for all the chilli enthusiasts. Hold on to your Scoville charts as we make chilli jam, chilli salt, charred pickled chillies and a hot sauce to knock your socks off. You will take home everything you make, plus recipes and all the knowledge you'll need to get preserving at home. There will be plenty of testers, pickles and beers. Don't miss out!
