Cornersmith Sustainable Seafood Dinner

On Friday July 26th and Saturday 27th, we're celebrating our commitment to eating sustainable, local seafood with a special 5-course dinner that will pay homage to the traditional preserving techniques of smoking, pickling, curing and salting.
Prepared by Cornersmith Marrickville's Chef, Cam Harris, who has a passion for cooking with seafood and using the whole fish, we'll be sourcing from some of our favourite Australian fishers and producers, and then extracting as much flavour from the seafood as we can by making good use of the shells, bones, heads and frames.
It will be salty, fresh and delicious.
Tickets are $70, and you'll be able to order from our list of local wines, beers and spirits on the night.
Join us at 6.30pm, for dinner at 7. Don't miss out, there's only one sitting.
**Please note - This dinner is pescatarian. We can cater to gluten free diets, though this needs to be noted at the time of booking.
