The time-honoured craft of pie making isn’t hard, but there are a few essentials that pastry chef Kirrily La Rosa would like to teach you so you can get them right. Learn all the finer details of pastry making, from lining a pie dish to making a beautifully decorated and properly sealed pie top. With an emphasis on pastry skills and pie construction you go home with the confidence to make the kind of pies that will make you famous in your family. Plus, you will learn how to match your pastry with the right filling for guaranteed deliciousness

  • You will make and take home a family size fruit pie in the perfect pie dish
  • Learn to make a hand-built beef pithiviers and eat in class

After class you will eat your beef pithiviers with our famous Cornersmith ketchup, a spread of pickles and a glass of beer or house made non alcoholic beverage.

Good for: absolute beginners and pie fantatics.
