A whole workshop dedicated to doughnuts? Yes, we really did this! Cornersmith chef Greer Rochford is a genius baker and flavour alchemist and she’ll teach you how to make classic light as air doughnuts that are perfect in their plainness or can be made as fancy as you like.

Learn how to dress up your doughnuts with sugar dusts made from mango or beetroot skins and jams and curds that have a Cornersmith twist. Take home a batch to cook at home and cook a batch to eat in class.

  • take home a batch of uncooked doughnuts to cook at home

There will be plenty of doughnuts and tea at the end of class!

*Bring a Tupperware container or old ice cream container to take your dough home.
