Cornersmith Tea Class

Welcome to a world of teas and a world of flavour! Learn to make infusions and kitchen concoctions for tisanes and a warming sticky chai. This class focuses on the preserving skill of dehydration to capture the flavours of seasonal herbs and fruits so you can prepare tour own tea blends. Learn about combining ingredients to reveal the endless possibilities of flavour and the uplifting or relaxing properties of humble ingredients from the garden or market.

Make and take home

  • 500 ml herbal infusion
  • Make and take home a jar of sticky chai
  • mix your own blend of dried fruits, herbs and spices

There will be plenty of tastings, plus Cornersmith snacks and recipes.
