These well balanced, affordable bulk vinegars, made in Queensland by Ian and Robyn Henderson, are the vinegars Cornersmith uses for all our pickling and preserving.
With a 6% acidity, these vinegars are safe for preserving. Vinegar will last for years stored in your pantry.
5L White Wine Vinegar:
Australian white wine vinegar, naturally fermented with good flavour intensity and a clean finish.
We use this white wine vinegar for all our savoury vegetable pickles and any produce that we want to maintain the colour of.
Bread & butter cucumber pickles; gherkins; chillies; red pepper relish; green tomato relish.
5L Red Wine Vinegar:
Oak aged, classic red wine vinegar. No added colours just real Shiraz wine, naturally fermented and then aged in old shiraz oak barrels.
Red wine vinegar adds depth of flavour and a richer colour to your preserves.
This vinegar is great for beetroot relish, plum or pear chutney, pickled grapes or mushrooms.
5L Apple Cider Vinegar:
Quality Australian apple cider made from natural vinegar fermentation and bottled immediately to retain maximum aroma and flavour intensity.
Apple cider vinegar is perfect for pickling fruits like peaches, pears or rhubarb, or making fruit chutneys.
