Christmas pudding isn’t just dessert, it’s tradition. Cornersmith's Christmas pudding combines old world customs with native Australian flavours and a lighter texture that is perfect for a sweltering Christmas Day.
In this workshop you will prepare a family sized pudding to take home in a pudding steamer. Plus you will get all the information you need to boil and store your pudding at home so it’s ready for Christmas day. At the end of class, we’ll eat pudding with wattle seed parfait and glass of chilled mulled wine for some early festive cheer.
